Set up chairs (25) and stands (20) on grass for CCMS Band (Set up by 4:30pm - Paul will check set up at that time)  Band will play from 5:15 - 6:00pm Need - 5 8' tables for outside 3 mics and projector and screen - Inside from 6-7
